Climbing and playing in the shopping centre
The shopping centre "Mall of Arabia" in the Egyptian capital Cairo is not only impressive because of the choice of the many high-quality shops, but also because of the attractive children's playground, which the company Richter Spielgeräte has equipped with high-quality products made of mountain larch and stainless steel. At the centre of the playground are four pyramid towers of different heights with winding tunnel slides, visible from afar. The climbing structure invites especially older children and teenagers to discover, climb and balance and for the little ones two play houses offer space to retreat and for first role plays. A covered area with several wooden tables and benches is available for the breaks in the games, where you can sit down and relax at any time for a snack or a chat.Bristol Zoo Gardens

The Richter Playground in the idyllic Mountain Lake Park in San Francisco attracts numerous visitors due to its location alone. Several jumping boards arranged one behind the other, high swings and a large climbing forest - the first of its kind in the USA - encourage movement and action. A toddler area features animal-shaped petting stones and a long wooden caterpillar, which is equipped with additional exciting elements such as colorful "windows", a marble run and rotating discs. Younger children in particular can immerse themselves in role play here. And at the conferences, older children and adults can also learn exciting things about the reproduction of sound and sound over greater distances.
World Towers
Mumbai / Indien / 2019
Ships in the middle of India's metropolis
There has been a spacious playground in the center of the Indian metropolis of Mumbai since 2018. The water play area with various gutter and damming elements as well as Archimedean screws invites young and old children to play with the elements. You can immerse yourself in role play on the billowing ship and the small sailing boat, you can sit, lie and chat on the various hammocks, and the combination of huts is ideal for climbing and hiding. However, the attractive focus of the play area is undoubtedly the two large ships with sand play areas in the bow. Here sailors, captains and pirates can let off steam to their hearts' content. Another highlight is the arched bridge, which is visible from afar and invites you to balance and connects the play areas. What is particularly exciting is that the playground was installed on a roof terrace on the 6th floor of a building. The project was therefore particularly technically complex and a challenge in terms of statics and ground anchoring.Waldorf School of Orange County

Playing in the playground
The Waldorf school in the Californian town of Orange County has had a very special school playground since 2016. Two high double swings standing next to each other allow four children to swing with and next to each other at the same time. The climbing structure, which is very suitable for schoolyards and on which several children can have fun climbing and balancing at the same time, is complemented by a platform with an attached tunnel slide. Here you can also climb and run around, or just enjoy the view, sit in the shade under the platform floor and immerse yourself in role play.Odds Farm Park
High Wycombe / England / 2016
Popular destination for families
Odds Farm Park, the most popular family day out destination in High Wycombe, has expanded its play offering with the addition of a brand new Richter play area to complement the existing Richter water and sand play areas. As one of the largest farm attractions in the UK, Odds Farm regularly receives top ratings on Trip Advisor. Continuous new investment ensures that visitors return regularly. The management tries to expand the offer every year, and this year they decided to create an extensive adventure play area in collaboration with Richter and Timberplay. An area for toddlers developed by Richter and Timberplay was opened in 2013, followed by a sand and water play area in 2014. Thanks to the greater challenges offered by the new play equipment, the target group is being expanded to include older children.
The complex combination of play equipment has created a play focus with crossovers, rope bridges and slides, which should inspire children of all ages. There are also climbing walls, micro seesaws, bouncy boards and hexagonal swings. All of the equipment was selected with the large number of guests who visit Odds Farm on Sundays and public holidays in mind.
"The play area is extremely popular with the children, the feedback from visitors is excellent and the 'wow' factor is just as we imagined it would be."
Odds Farm Park was established 21 years ago near Beaconsfield in Buckinghamshire in the south of England and, following annual expansions, is now one of the UK's largest farm attractions, attracting more than 200,000 visitors a year. The park is one of the most important members of the National Farm Attractions Network (NFAN).

What distinguishes a natural playground like this from a typical park playground is the fact that many of the play elements, such as the climbing structures, platforms and attachments, are made from natural materials. There are also numerous information signs to help children and parents make optimal use of the additional natural play options available.

It is perfect for social and engaging play and brings different groups of children together for a shared play experience.
The water game has very few mechanisms as the children pump the water themselves, which helps them to understand scientific and mathematical principles.
